A new expression of Italian craftsmanship
Palera Milano is a Milanese brand founded in 2021 by
Patrick Touma and Valeriia Khrapko, created from a simple fascination: to capture light and carry it.
The idea began in Sicily, where the founders were
captivated by the way sunlight danced across the deep blue Mediterranean.
Back in Milan, Valeriia began experimenting with materials, shapes and techniques to recreate that feeling in a handbag, something luminous,
distinctive and made to be worn.
After months of sketching, cutting and refining
countless prototypes, she developed Palera Milano’s signature handcrafted crystal technique. The first bag created using this technique was the Mini Milano N2, the piece that became the starting point for the brand.

A Palera bag begins with an idea, but it comes to life through the hands of skilled Italian artisans.
Crystals are combined with materials including brass, leather, pearls and wood to create unexpected contrasts of light, texture and structure. Every element has a purpose, from the way a surface reflects light to the way a bag feels in the hand and works with an everyday wardrobe.
The result is a collection of statement pieces that do not need to compete with what you wear. A simple dress, denim, tailoring or an evening look, the bag brings light and character to it all.

Our handbags are designed, assembled and finished in Italy by skilled artisans, with careful attention to the details that cannot be replicated by mass production.
