On each product page we display the estimated dispatch time.
Our Bags are only made to order; hence we create them only after your order confirmation.
We usually create and ship your order within one week.(it could take longer for some exceptional peak season)
Once your order is received, we will send you the more precise time for the creation process of your ordered item.
Dispatch time is booked at the earliest pick-up date after creation is complete.
Below you will find more information about the shipping process and how long after dispatch, you should expect delivery.

Palera Milano offers free standard delivery on orders above 350 €. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.
For orders outside of the EU :
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
